How You Can Eat What You Want and Still Lose Weight!

There are hundreds of fad diets available that just won't work for the long run. Sure you can lose weight on most of them, but the weight loss is almost always short lived. Why?


Most diets just are not sustainable.

Take the Atkins diet, for instance. My sister tried it and lost weight. She was tickled pink about the weight she lost while she enjoyed her meat. Lots of meat...more meat...meat day after day...meat until the inevitable started happening.

Other programs, meanwhile will tell you to avoid specific types of food (food with carbohydrates or fats). The best diet and weight loss plans promote healthy and balanced eating.
