How To Stay Lean Over Christmas Whilst STILL Enjoying All The Good Food And Drink - Plenty Of It!
I love Christmas! I really do.
How cool would it would really make it last all year!
The only downside: everyone should look like Santa ... happy, fat and round!
Well, do not worry, I will not say diet on X-Mas or just have full muffins.
Christmas vacation is the only time of year that I really want to have to worry about food and all that body fat and stuff together. This is the only time I really want to let your hair down, enjoy, and "party" perhaps even a little.
But ... there is only one problem with that, right?
People tend to earn seriously (fat) weight is not exactly all that healthy, and then, after you have all this guilt happens ...
Some even throw your healthy lifestyle together and eventually explode like a balloon!
This leads to poor health, bad looks and a short life ... not so good, huh? Not so joyful.
But it should not be that way at all. What if there was a way to go throughout the holidays and stay healthy and slim yet? Sounds too good to be true? Bear with me ...
So that's what I do, and it works like a charm:
Suffering in advance rather than after.
I go down to 4% body fat, and during the holidays, let the percentage rising to 7. It is always in my higher range. Because of the hormonal response to overeating and gain fat, after pressing another 1-2% back -SO 06.05% - will be easy;-)
Now let's do the math: without reaching the complex, from my body weight to go 4-7% means about £ 5 + ... body fat.
Note: this does not mean that body weight, which could increase by a little more than that, especially because of water retention. We talk about lard. Earn 2.5 kg of fat can temporarily their total body weight by as much as 10 pounds and more!
But we are not concerned about this, we look at fat-pure profits.
Today, five pounds of body fat is equal to ... drum roll ... a good 20000 KCLS!
It is twenty thousand calories in chocolate chip cookies, chocolate cake, eggnog Quadruple, mulled wine, pancakes, donuts, cream the cream .....
Well, okay, I'm fine, I'm fine ... I'm fine, I said! I'll stop and drool!
So now, in my opinion, a good seven whole days eating 5000 calories and glorious Christmas drinks;-) (Remember, we'll go over that weight maintenance to win this 2,000 calorie maintenance update my case, plus 7 x 3000 = 21 000 more!

Check it worth living "suffering" food for the first ... to have an ultra-thin fresh shoots when you are at your best ... and then live !!
