Learn to love this food. This is a super food. It's cheap, quick to cook (5 min), and can be go with all kinds of foods, salads and soups. Rich in protein and fiber, is practically perfect. Even not contain sugar. Find a way to eat a box of these a day. Personally, I eat half a box at breakfast and another half a box with my lunch.
