Can Sleep Contribute to Weight Loss?

Sleep is essential for weight loss and our health and well-being. Sleep rejuvenate the immune system, nervous system and the entire physical body. It also contributes to the repair and growth of muscle and other body cells. During this rest period, human consciousness is absent.

It is very important to have a good night's sleep every night. This is true whether or not we exercise daily.

I think we need a minimum of at least seven to eight hours of sleep each day. If one fails to get enough sleep each night, and the body and mind are linked to be adversely affected.

Over a period of time a person is not getting the sleep you need, start earning sometimes called sleep debt. Lack of sleep is also known as sleep deprivation.

Lack of sleep is the result of lack of sleep for a long time and finally the person becomes more tired than usual on a daily basis. Symptoms deprive you of sleep show, both mentally and physically.

Some mental symptoms include; irritability, mood swings, inaccurate thinking, confusion, hallucinations, memory loss, inability to concentrate, increased tendency to think negatively.

Physical symptoms can appear; headaches, tremors, muscle aches and pains, developed bags under the eyes, yawning, weight gain, weight loss, increased sensitivity to hot and cold temperatures, increased blood pressure, increased tension.

This is not a list of all the symptoms of sleep deprivation, but many. Depriving your dream car means increasing your stress level, both mentally and physically. And the overall stress is not good for a person who wants to lose some excess baggage.

When you sleep, it is important to be comfortable. If necessary, keep any TV or noise maker (technology) out of the room, as it can affect your sleep. Sleep in a quiet room with the lights off. Distractions can take your mind away from adequate rest.



Sleep and metabolism

Your metabolism does not stop when you sleep. In fact, it slows down slightly, but remains active to process all the food in your system. There is an old adage that "all work and no play makes Jack a dull boy."

It is true. To maintain a style that is both mentally and physically healthy, should also rest. Relaxation is not just on sleep or take the time to sit down and relax, but to do something you love.

It's a hobby like building model airplanes or reading a book to your liking. Relaxation is very similar to sleep that helps rejuvenate your overall well-being.

Waking, eating, going to work, then take the time to exercise should be followed by the play and relaxation - every day.

Simply having the excuse that "no time" or "I can not."

Neither great nor small, but enough.

Find a good balance between sleep and relaxation. Here are four questions you should seriously think:

What do you like to do?
Do you read and / or write?
Do you play a musical instrument?
Want to start a business?
Anyway, take the time for it.

Another way to experience the relaxation is to sit in a comfortable chair, which will not be affected, and sit quietly. Some call it meditation and others call a few minutes of peace.

Give your mind a break and relax your body, too! Take this time to sit or lie down and just keep a clear mind. Keep without thinking about what to do next or day or next week; just clear your mind away from the bustle of the outside world and breathe.
