The Fat Gene: Social Heredity, Genetic Reaction, and the Fat Hippopotamus

You are the sum total of their social and physical heritage. His physical legacy was not his choice was not their first interactions with society and the rest of his new environment. Apart from plastic surgery, physical attributes can not be changed by will. Your current social environment, but can be.

Your environment is about to change if it is to their advantage right now. You can change at will. Being a young child, we absorb everything that comes to mind through our five physical senses. With these directions we take in the information that we use to create ideas and ways of thinking. Over time, a part of who we are as in the case of our mental attitude. It also controls the way we behave.

After 6 to first 10 years of our life, our mind is almost set, even without consciously knowing that we can choose. Social heritage includes what we learn in schools, parents, family, friends, religion and the books we read. This is what happens in the environment in which we live. Our genes dice "react" to our environment.

The habits that create when we were a child will be more difficult to break now, as they have been with us for a long time. It is impossible to break, but it will take effort. The environment in which we live is very important to us and have a sense of control over whether you believe it or not.

Think of a person who is always positive and happy and place in a house with three extremely negative people who always look at the negative side of life. One of two things will happen over a long period of time:

The person will become positive as negative than others or they will find a way out.

The gene fat - Have you?

So we have a choice in how we see and genetics we inherited. Could the genes that prevent weight loss? Chances are you probably do not have the gene called "fat". But if so, how do you know? One of the most common excuses for obesity or overweight is that genetics prevents weight loss. Not true.

Genetics certainly plays a role in the physical structure of the body, but not when it comes to being fat and unhealthy. What genes can control is how your body processes different foods and nutrients, or in other words; how he treats the energy and nutrients from food. For example, a person may be able to eat a piece of bread and not take a book, while the other person can eat the same bread and rapid weight gain. This may be a genetic factor, but also include a number of other factors.

Factors such as previous generations of his family have gone through a period of famine. At a time when no food, pregnant women can pass a mutated gene to a child in the womb. This "gene" will not make children fat, but can store more energy than normal fat cells so that if there is another time when food is scarce, the individual additional stored energy needed to move forward.
