Easy Weight Loss Using 2-Minute TV Commercials

I'll share with you a easy exercise tips that will increase your metabolism and accelerate weight loss in the comfort of your home. But before doing that, I want to address a common complaint for most people when it comes to losing weight.

This complaint is that they have enough time in the day to exercise. This is usually just an excuse to be lazy, but I'll make it easy for you. I want to be lazy and watch TV for at least 1 hour every night.

Ok? Grande. But there is a catch.

During commercials, I want you to do this simple exercise. It will not take more than two minutes of your time as most no more than two commercial minutes. The average 1 hour tv show has about 22 minutes of advertising for. So if you use these 22 minutes effectively, you not only get to watch TV, but you'll get your workout in the day.

Now for the year. The exercise is jumping on a mini-trampoline. It is also called a rebounder. You can get one at Wal-Mart for about $ 24. It will be one of the best investments you will ever make. It's convenient, compact and mobile. Do not take up much space at all when you are not using.

So here's how it works.

Everywhere you look on TV, just put the mini-trampoline in front of the TV or next. Commercial time comes, just jump over until the TV turns back. Before going further, I should mention that it is not necessary to jump higher in these things. All you need is a little jump 2/1 inches to make it work well.



Heck, you can even forget the heels jump and do not move up and down, leaving their toes still touching the mini-trampoline at all times. To do this, simply bouncing from left to right on the heels pace.

Obviously, you do not have to limit yourself to do this for television commercials. You can always use a mini-trampline. There are two ways I like to use while I'm home. Before and after using the bathroom, I like to jump on it for 1 minute. Another way I use while I'm cooking and washing clothes. There are a lot of "dead time" to do these two things. Then fill the dead jumping on the mini trampoline for a minute or two here and there from time.

No calendar which is what makes it so great. A minute or two here and there all day when you have the chance to help solve the problem of going to the gym. So no need to stress about getting your training. Do it at home.

Just use the mini-trampline during television commercials and each time you get a free minute or two and you'll be well on your way to lose weight without disturbing your schedule to go to the gym.
