When Internet search is performed for best weight loss programs, I'm sure the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet is not the first on the list. To be honest, in comparison with some of the best programs available these days would probably not even be second best. Now do not get me wrong, just because I say it is not on my list of favorite programs weight loss does not mean it does not work for you.
