Weight Loss - 3 nutritional Bonds



For those trying to lose weight, the truth is good nutrition will play a very important role. If you are not committed to proper nutrition, you will be fighting an uphill battle. A lack of proper nutrition, it will be much harder than it really needs to be for you to achieve your goals. In this article I want to give you three key points to keep in mind about your nutrition. If you can include lean protein with complex carbohydrates in most of your meals that you will set your body for success. Lean proteins include chicken breast, egg whites, salmon, tuna, turkey breast, top sirloin, cod, shrimp and lobster. Complex carbohydrates are crushed whole wheat or rye bread, oatmeal, sweet potatoes, baked potatoes, whole wheat pasta, wheat (all complex carbohydrates starch), lettuce, broccoli, asparagus, onions, peppers , tomatoes, corn and carrots (all fiber complex carbohydrates.) also mean unsaturated fats trans fats good or not. Good fats include olive oil, peanuts, natural peanut butter, balls. Wine. Dressings, etc.



The third nutritional need is to drink lots and lots of water. The body consists mainly of water. Water is what makes many functions of the body. Trust me when I say that the water is extremely important. Bring a bottle of water with you in your car, when you are at work, and when you exercise. The more water you drink better. Replace the soda and other sugar drinks filled with water. Make it a point to drink at least two liters of water a day. Your body will thank you and you will reach your goals faster.

When it comes to losing weight (like when you lose and you want to keep fit), eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day, try to have each meal consists of a lean protein and complex carbs, and drink lots of water. Follow these steps and you'll be on your way to achieving your goals and do it in less time.
