Exercise is Useless For Weight Loss, So Can I Stop Now?

Eating too much and is unlikely to ever do enough exercise to burn calories. This is the disturbing finding of a new study by a research center on obesity World Health Organization. The research team studied the eating and exercise habits of Americans over the past 30 years and found that weight gain can be attributed almost entirely to overeat. It was found that the decrease in physical activity only played a "supporting role".

This study may be bad news for sellers of junk food, but it is manna from heaven for those who grow diet pills and quick solution, no sweat weight loss tricks.

New studies seem to come out every day. And the problem with them - even good - is that most people never read beyond the headlines. Fortunately interpreted as an excuse to do what I wanted to do all along - and stop exercising!

Yes, exercise may not be as important for weight loss that intake caloric restriction. But also plays a role. And it is very important for cardiovascular health.

My advice is simple.

Eat less to lose weight. More exercise to help lose weight and maintain heart and lungs healthy.
