Consider that if you were to eat 250 calories less per day, in a week, you ate less calories 1750 and in two weeks you ate 3,500 fewer calories, which is equivalent to one pound.
In two weeks you will have lost a pound of body fat in a month that would be lost 2 kilos which is considered a safe way to lose weight.
