Help! I need to lose belly fat fast!
This is the desperate call I heard more women than I can count these days. And it also seems that not a day goes by that I have not read or heard about the latest and greatest fad diet that (insert name of celebrity here) celebrates its highest praise and tell others women how quickly and effortlessly was to lose belly fat fast!
Okay ... is now generally the time when I will take a moment to review the full reality. Reality tells me that indeed I probably will not (and never will) have three or four hours a day to spend on a gym first class training facilities under the attention of celebrity coach amateurs. And I'm never likely to participate in the uber-indulgence of having a personal chef to prepare my perfectly balanced meals and snacks each day; each carefully planned and executed specifically for my personal nutritional needs.
No, this is not the case for me in the near future ... and you?
At that point, so here are five tips that can help you lose belly fat fast ... less celebrity trainer or personal chef, of course.
1. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.
The first question pula personal trainer and CHEF probably ask is "What do you want to achieve ultimate"? Without knowing what you need and develop a solid plan to follow, in essence, you plan to fail. You must design a detailed day by day plan, but make sure it is flexible and it is perhaps even more important, it is also realistic.
