Running is one of the most common exercises practiced by many people looking to stay in shape or lose weight. The benefits of an operation are well known and attest. Running improves cardiovascular health and reduces the risk of heart disease.

However, as more people are taking to run as a form of fitness, there are increasing cases of arrest or sudden death heart attacks brain.

What are the dangers involved in running and the benefits are worth taking these risks?
