Struggling to get motivated when it comes to exercise? Try to think about it a different way
Exercise is the time to relax: Life is full of ups and downs, trials and tribulations. Exercise is a stressor-known far superior in its effect to all you can eat / drink or use, and "bad" drug abuse, the right type of exercise for you can be so easily addictive, it's an addiction I am glad to have!
Exercise is your time BREAKDOWN: Feeling the need to take the world (or someone), but can not really use exercise to release these emotions and release anxiety deleted. Running, boxing (boxing Air) Kick Boxing, Bodybuilding these are a great exercise to "FAN" Ugh, I feel better just thinking about it
Exercise is thought Time: Escape from the daily routine and give you the opportunity to think through the problems, concerns, or anything that could play in your mind, use your exercise time to take advantage of their intuitions which generally seems to flow more freely when the body is in motion.
Duration of exercise is me time: How much of your time is spent doing things that you have to (work / cleaning) or things for other people (children / partners) Think of your exercise time indulgence right time dedicated only on you, that's why it should be things that you really enjoy doing
Tips to increase the motivation
1. Book your exercise in the same way as any other important appointment
2. Set other things around your time exercising
3. Keep your plan of varied exercises, do something different every time, not just relieve boredom, but also keep the body functioning replacement = great way for weight loss
4. Exercise with a friend / friends is definitely a great motivator for many people, not only made a "date" to keep, but as with most of life experiences, more fun when you share
5. Try new things. If you're not particularly enjoy the exercise you are doing now, looking to try something new every week, you can still find new things I liked to do, but you will not know unless you try.
6. Make it a way to meet new friends as mind, or create your own little exercise group and invite people to join you, everyone likes to be inspired.
ACTIVITIES FOR TOP exercises recommended WEIGHT LOSS
Cardio activities - Objective 2-3 x week
1. Brisk walking (at least 3.5 mph)
2. Jogging
3. Swimming
4. High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
5. Zumba / DVD Exercise
6. Cycling
Strength training - Objective 2x week
1. Body Weight Training
2. Strength training - (Use w / Dumbbells / Kettlebells)
3. Basic weight - (ie Yoga / Pilates)
4. Resistance Training
5. stretch
Daily activities burn calories - Work It Baby!
1. Gardening - 2:00 = 400 calories
2. board - 1 hour = 140 calories
3. Painting - 3:00 = 1000 calories
Mowing the lawn 4. - 1 hour = 300 calories
5. Car wash - 20 minutes = 100 calories
Everything is better than nothing! It takes a little over a minute to knock out 50 squats, add a couple of arm raises with dumbbells in squats and obtain reasonable in all full body workout. That's one minute to warm up (jumps) a minute to do squats, and one minute to stretch. 3 minutes!
It may not seem like much but it's a start ... and even this small amount can affect mood, motivation and get you back on an upward spiral.
Remember to consult your doctor before starting new activities for the year to ensure that it is safe to do so, and talk to someone who knows if you plan to try new exercises to ensure that you have the right techniques and will not be hurt.
