Good Carbs, Bad Carbs - How Eating Carbohydrates Can Cause Progressive Weight Gain and Obesity

Carbohydrates are often considered the main source of energy for your body to function properly.

But you get good carbs and bad get to avoid being in good health, promote weight loss and a lean slim body.

This peak in turn causes insulin levels to rise as it tries to process the large amounts of glucose in the blood.

What usually happens is that simple carbohydrates are dumped into the bloodstream into glucose, the pancreas secretes a hormone called insulin to convert sugar into energy.

However, due to the large amounts of glucose, sucrose and fructose in the system, the pancreas is under pressure to provide enough insulin can not make glucose and ends up being dumped into fat cells, where it remains.



This causes a progressive weight gain, swelling and lethargy not to mention the possibility of diabetes.
