Vigorous cardiovascular exercise is the ideal training flat stomach. It is one of the best and fastest ways to lose belly fat. 30 minutes from the exercise period and have at least three times a week. This routine was the one who was the most effective, but you can design your own model to fit. The most important thing is to do the interval training hard as you can. You can do this at any age - I am well beyond 50 and this is my favorite form of exercise.
