Here are some tips for weight loss and tips to help you accelerate your fat loss. You're probably tired of hearing how you have to eat fruits and vegetables and drink eight glasses of water each day. Although good advice, come on, everyone knows that now. Yawn! Here are some things you probably did not know to help you lose weight fast.

1. Use vinegar organic apple cider before each meal

This vinegar (must be organic) helps to crack and degradation of fats and carbohydrates before they reach your stomach. So what you need to do is take a sip out of the bottle. Or can measure a scoop and swallow. Do this about 2-3 minutes before eating.

By doing this pre-digest the food before it reaches the stomach and effectively breaks to the point that your body can use energy more efficiently. Use at least two meals a day.



2. Stop your soda addiction with Stevia

If you're like me, you like sweet drinks. I was in great lemonade and Mountain Dew. But no more. I used Stevia packets and in three days I quit drinking altogether things.

Stevia, if you do not know, is a natural sugar substitute. There are other sugar substitutes, but they are not natural and almost as bad as sugar itself. Stevia is perfectly healthy and gives your drinks a natural sweetness to them. So put two packets in water and stir or shake it in ... if you have a bottle of water.

The sweetness in these waters will more than offset the sweetness in sodas. Just give it a try. What have you got to lose except UNNECESSARY hundred calories each day.
