Cardio is one of those things, we are never sure if they are good cardio or go for the right amount of time. Here are some tips to get you on the right track for good.
First, let me tell you that is not the right cardio.
All that you find boring! If you do not like to run, so do not go running, find something else to do. If you are really well against doing some kind of exercise, do not. You just end up hating and probably stop their efforts to lose fat all together.

It is not a coincidence, boxing and martial arts are some sports that will improve your body to unseen heights. Especially if you have a teacher who pushes you to perform like a machine, you will get fantastic results. Even if you just hang a punching bag in his garage after a short time, you will begin to notice big changes in your physique if you start to use it often!
