And despite comments or reactions of some of its negative customers, many are too anxious and excited to try anything.

- The diet encourages you in the dehydration of yourself by eating nutritious food and starved by severely restricting calorie intake (Diet crash). This is for quick weight loss, but does not include long-term results.

- Rich in protein and low fat diet (Atkins diet, the South Beach Diet and the Zone diet). All these schemes will give you the results you need in the shortest possible time, but also can give "ketosis", brought by a diet low in carbohydrates. "Ketosis" can lead to kidney damage, bone loss and heart disease.

These plans are undeniably effective in giving you the figure you want to achieve very fast, but can also give you negative side effects you might regret in the end. Health is wealth - and this is more important than getting the body you want.

As always, whatever you choose to follow and choose as your diet plan, or want to make your own, it is essential and highly recommended to consult their physicians or doctors first.
