Just 10 minutes a day on a trampoline weight loss will accelerate and burn as many calories as jogging 30 minutes!

Just learn five or six basic moves and put them into a routine is all that is needed.
Here is an example on the trampoline.
Start with 20 hot rebounds, plus 10 rebounds for more and more with each bounce, then lower and 10 rebounds, 10 rebounds and high increasingly high.
Make a tuck jump Straddle Pike Jump and Jump, one after another, take a few rebounds to recover and repeat 4 times.
Make a seat drop, followed by a tuck jump, followed by a drop seat, followed by a jump jumper, followed by a drop seat followed by Pike jump. Repeat four times.
Make a drop seat to drop off our feet.
