Want to lose weight fast with sugarless sweeteners? Think again!

It is well known that sugar and calories charge leads to weight gain, both directly and indirectly. So when people embark on a journey to lose weight fast, start reducing your sugar intake. However, as it is not so easy to just abandon the indulgence of a tasty dessert rich, technology came with a practical substitute: low-calorie artificial sweeteners. The softness is maintained but the calories are gone. Sounds like the perfect solution for weight loss. But a few years, a university research group in the United States questioned the logic and came up with a surprising discovery - artificial sweeteners may interfere with weight loss instead of help.

Artificial sweeteners and weight gain

The conclusion is certainly against-intuitive, but is supported by sound reasoning. The key lies in the automatic mechanism of our body. Since all sweet foods, whether natural or prepared in a kitchen, are high in calories, provided that the language has a slightly sweet taste, the body prepares to receive a lot of calories. The temperature of the base body also increases, since the metabolic system accelerates to the looming digestive needs of the body. However, artificially sweetened dessert breaks the link between sweetness and rich in calories, and confuses the body.

When calories is not presented in the dessert or soda, the body needs more food, and one is tempted to overeat. Eating, naturally implies excess calories. In addition, the body temperature can rise so as stops when all candy coming in are low in calories. This leads to a slow metabolism, and instead of burning excess calories, the body stores them away, leading to the accumulation of fat.

Test and Test

These studies were conducted in rats and have not been scientifically proven to humans. However, there is evidence available suggests strongly that artificial sweeteners may actually lead to weight loss. For starters, obesity is increasing in the United States at an alarming rate and reached an unprecedented level, despite the prevalence of tens of sugarless candy and diet drinks. They are obviously not helped. Then, a study has also revealed that soda consumption is more linked to an increased risk of obesity. At the end of the day, this argument must be taken seriously, even if it has not been demonstrated directly. It seems that said and done, there really is no shortcut for people who want to lose weight fast. You can not escape a healthy balanced diet and regular exercise.

Note that while this reasoning does not mean you have to go back to sugar. Reveal sparingly in your diet because, apart from obesity, other health risks associated with too much sugar, such as heart disease and diabetes. But it will serve you well to remember that your body is probably too smart to be fooled.
