How to Eat fruit helps weight loss

There are many beneficial foods that we can eat as part of our weight loss program, and the fruit is one of them. Fresh fruit offers some unique benefits that can promote weight loss, so they are an important part of our weight loss plan.

First, most fruits are high in fiber, and eating lots of fiber helps the body remove waste more efficiently. This also has the effect of releasing toxins from the body and can lead to a slimming effect on the stomach and the abdomen in general.

It is also known that fruits like lemon and grapefruit has fat burning properties, so eating one or two servings of these fruits each day can help boost our weight loss by making it faster and easier.

The fruit also contains high levels of nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Many of us are struggling with cravings for sweet foods, sweets when we try to lose weight, and one of the greatest benefits we can get from the fruit is that it can greatly reduce these desires. If we eat 2-4 servings of fruit a day, the natural sugar content of the fruit will satisfy our sweet tooth, while the high fiber content helps to stabilize our sugar levels in the blood to prevent further cravings sweets.

The fruit is an ideal food in many ways for weight loss, but there are two types of fruit that should be avoided if possible.

- Fruit juices.



While fresh juice is delicious and nutritious, not containing fibers. This means that if we drink a juice glass while increasing our sugar levels in the blood much more than eating a piece of fruit would. This may encourage cravings later than our levels drop in blood sugar. We must also be aware that most bottles and cartons of fruit juice containing added sugar or corn syrup added, high fructose, which means more calories and further increase the intensity of our sugar fluctuations in the blood.

- Dried fruits.

The rules relating to fruit and weight loss do not apply to dried fruit. The sugar content and calories in nuts is much more concentrated than fresh fruit, even if it still contains fiber. We can eat a moderate amount of dried fruit, if we want, but we must keep in mind that contains an amount much higher than the calories of fresh fruit.

Many experts recommend a daily dietary intake for adults 2-4 servings of fruit each day. A serving is usually 1/2 cup berries or pieces of fruit, or a small piece individual as an apple, pear or banana. Small portions because they are easy to eat for a snack mid-morning or in addition to breakfast cereals or even as a substitute for a dessert after dinner.
