Why breakfast is good for you
Ok ... If you are reading this because you do not want to hear the sermon "why breakfast is good for you."
Well, you may have read in the newspaper, or perhaps you've heard on the radio on the way to work. It's almost a cliché! Almost everyone knows that "breakfast is the most important meal of the day."
If it's so good ... how come many people skip breakfast?
People do. There are many excuses for not eating breakfast, including (but not limited to):
Lack of time
not a morning person
trying to lose weight
Find anything good for breakfast, and
having forgotten to be
Some time ago I used to skip breakfast too.
Later, I would take "whatever", and then a heavy lunch (depending on how hungry he could noon).
But when I started to pay attention to what you eat (and how and how much), I realized the damage it was causing my body to skip the most important meal of the day.
What happens to our bodies when we skip breakfast?
Understanding this question will help you realize "why breakfast is good for you," and I hope you will reconsider making breakfast a need in their daily lives.
For starters, if breakfast makes it harder for your body to lose weight, your energy levels tend to be lower than those of a person who takes care of her jump.
Why?
Think about it. At the time breakfast is due, your body does not receive food for about 8 hours (one third of your day). Compare that with their hours of "days" when you have three (if not more) meals.
It's amazing how, if you have the habit of skipping breakfast, you feel good "good", but a thorough examination of your mood "fasting" reveal that your energy levels are low. What happens is that your body is rested at the end of a beautiful dream, but always need energy after waking up.
Your body does not stop just because you go to sleep. It goes on breathing, digestion, pumping blood throughout your body, and movement (among many other physiological processes).
Constantly need fuel (food) and even if not hungry in the morning, your body will always need extra energy in a small meal. Logical, is not it?
But breakfast is more than a source of energy. The breakfast is good for you, because:
provides glucose in the brain, making it effective and mentally alert. You get "The Edge" by having dej (Australian for "breakfast"); ;-)dropoff Window
reduces cholesterol levels (depending on what you eat for dej, of course!);
the essential nutrients and vitamins given;
makes you thin, start your metabolism (the rate at which your body burns energy), which is slow after relative inactivity night.
which makes you "Mr. or Ms. happy." A balanced meal with energy and can alter your path and make you feel better during the day.
Whether for breakfast?
The opposite of skipping breakfast is having the wrong things for breakfast (and perhaps too much!).
Every meal is able to give you energy. The question is "how long will this energy?". It is important to know because that will determine whether you still feel "charged" until noon, or if you are hungry for 10 hours.
Avoid things like chocolate muffins and other foods high in sugar. Energy levels are high (and deliciuos know, I know!) But of short duration, and the residue that makes you larger and heavier. Therefore, such foods are a no-no.
Fruits and cereals fresh, are a healthier option, but be aware of the sugars contained in cereals. Some of them may have enough sugar for a whole family in one serving!
But what if you are not "a breakfast person?"
There is no such thing as a "breakfast person."
If you need to do something for your health, you do, and you can condition yourself to breakfast part of your life and enjoy it.
But I have some tips that can help you in your transition to breakfast:
Knowing "why" breakfast is important. Reading this article was a good start; ;-)dropoff Window
Buy fruits and cereal (but mind the amount of sugar in some cereals);
Ahan burn fat and lose weight to be taking the decision and be attractive and stylish
