5 Easy Ways to Increase Your Metabolism

The road to a better weight management and weight loss is to increase your metabolism. The older we get, the more our naturally slow metabolism. It is no wonder that so many people are frustrated with dieting and finally abandoned.

Walk 25-30 minutes a day, five times a week will increase your metabolism by 200 calories per day. You can walk on your lunch break, on weekends or after work. Quote from just 30 minutes a day, five times a week.

2. Eat small frequent meals -

Do not skip meals. Skipping meals does not save calories in the long run and it slows the metabolism. Instead of eating 5-6 small meals a day. Eat small meals throughout the day will naturally increase your metabolism.

4. Avoid 4 Hours gaps between meals -

You do not need a medium sized meal, but you need good nutrition every 2-3 hours standby. A protein shake, fruit, beans or even a handful of nuts are good nutritious snacks between meals to rev your metabolism.
