5 Quick Weight Loss Tips To Lose Belly Fat Faster

Quick Tips weight loss are everywhere. See how these 5 tips helped move 162 pounds to 104 pounds in 18 months after I had my first son, Lucas.

Tip # 1: Eat Consciously

That means eating consciously? This means taking the time to really enjoy the food you eat.

It is taken in how it looks, how it feels, how it tastes. You're not taking food into his mouth after biting bite.

It is very easy to eat in a hurry. When this is the case, you do not give your body a chance to feel full. This is the way to overeating.

When you eat slowly and put your fork down between bites, you actually get the signal that you are full and stop eating.

I ask you to leave after the last fad diet. Does it make sense to eat only grapefruit? Or eat only protein-rich, full of fatty foods? Or stop eating all together carbohydrates, including fruit? (When the fruits become the villain?)

Therefore, use your common sense. Eat foods that are full of vitamins and minerals and nutrients. Foods like lean chicken, lean meats, vegetables, fruits and whole grains.



These are foods that form the basis of your nutrition guide. No one last trick that promises to lose weight without eating food that is good for you.

Tip 4: The 80/20 Principle

Of all the tricks to lose weight, it's my favorite. Mainly because 20% of the time I eat my meal tips.

Basically 80/20 principle states that 80% of the time you eat healthy foods that are good for you. And 20% of the time you get to eat what you want. Generally, one day, eat at your heart's content.

Thus, six days a week, focus on healthy, unprocessed foods, which are essential for a healthy life. These foods are mainly located along the perimeter of the grocery store. Skip junk food like potato chips, cookies, ice cream and candy.

On the seventh day, eat your pizza, chicken wings and fries. This allows the satisfaction of not feeling deprived. It also gives you something to look forward. You are less likely to stop eating healthy because you get to have this day of happiness.

Tip # 5: Drink water

Water plays a vital role in your efforts to lose weight. If you are even 1% dehydration, this can affect how fast your metabolism works.

Thus the aim to drink half your body weight in milliliters of water. If you weigh 150 pounds, drink 75 milliliters of water per day.

Also, if you want to make sure not overeat during meals, drink a glass of water just before. This will help you feel full long before you take your second portion.

Hopefully these quick weight loss tips will get you the results you got me. Eat healthier now than I did before. When I have my cheat days, I did want eat salad the next day. Funny how things work fine.
