Diet and Weight Loss - The Next Best Thing
It seems that every day brings a new product for weight loss or form "secret" revealed to lose weight.
I do not know how old you are, but I'm 68 years old and have been watching this process for decades.
I've seen the plans, pills, creams and other products for losing weight suddenly become popular and gradually disappeared.
Is that none of these things really work, or to make choices best weight loss remains discovered?
Well, maybe a little of both.
It's part of the problem, you see. Another part is, if these things are not working, the assertions are often much more than the product can actually offer.
Just look mentioned by a well-known doctor in his program for three. These three elements are the Garcinia cambogia, raspberry ketones, and the extract of green coffee beans.
For now, it is still very hot topics, whether complaints have been around for a while, but the "second best", is just around the corner.
Garcinia cambogia extract from the bark of tamarind. Claims are that the extract can help burn fat and prevent fat storage.
Raspberries contain an enzyme, ketone, increasing metabolism and energy, and helps burn fat. It takes a lot of raspberries for a certain effect, but in a way was found to extract the enzyme and put it in a pill.
Green coffee bean extract has ... wait for it ... green coffee beans! Roasting seems that destroyed most of chlorogenic acid present in the grains. Studies show that this substance can help burn fat, and have antioxidant properties as well, making it a good general health product.
Now the point here is that as many products heavily promoted weight loss in the past ... and the future, each of them can only make only a small part of weight loss for those who take the . Worse, while studies that seem to support the claims made for these products may actually be a bit daunting if you think about them.
For example, a study of these products indicates that the subjects lost an average of 17.5 pounds over a period of about three months. This was accompanied by a reduction in total body weight of 10.5 percent.
That sounds good immediately, not hit me. I could recommend a product with such results, assuming there are no other health problems.
But let's look a little deeper into that information.
The total loss, and the average weight mentioned are a little less than a pound a week. Nothing wrong with that ... especially when you consider that the subjects supposedly made no other changes in their lives. It is only slightly less than the weight loss experts consider optimal progression.
An interesting thing is that the subjects were all young adults and was only 16 people involved. Another thing to consider is that this small group was divided so that some more of the product than others. The good news is that those who take the full dose are most lost. Also, if some have more and some have even less, and some have lost more and some lost less "average" means that the full dose has lost more than 17.5 pounds.
For the most part, most of the studies used to support claims made by most other products follow the same pattern.
Okay, so what's the problem?
No real problem. However, the same results can be easily obtained by most people simply make some lifestyle changes simple changes, such as sugar consumption decrease and increase physical activity. Another problem is that weight loss by restricting food intake, or redirect the body processes can often lead to loss of lean muscle mass ... a result that makes the body somewhat less healthy and slightly more likely to gain weight again.
If you look closely, most of these products, somewhere on their packaging, or on your web site or advertising copy site, have some sort of statement to the effect that the product works best when combined with the regular exercise and good nutrition. The conclusion is that, although these products may help you lose weight, lose more weight and build a healthy body using during exercise regularly and eat more wisely.
At this point, I am personally aware of dozens of products that bring all roughly the same requirements. Those who do the work seems to work pretty much the same. Probably the next best product for losing weight will do the same. What these products do nothing to date has been proven to work well as a healthy lifestyle based on exercise and nutrition.
Perhaps, after all, the next best product for losing weight is actually the oldest ... and that has proven to work for almost everyone.
