12 Tips to Better Weight Loss

Losing weight is a constant battle for most of us, but you can successfully lose weight and stay in shape with good daily habits. Instead of a drastic diet, the 12 tips below part of your regular routine and watch the weight drop.

o Use mayonnaise or vinaigrette low-calorie light sandwiches.

o Use only lean or low fat salad dressing that will keep your salad low in fat and calories without.

o Avoid eating chips or fries. If you have a taste for fleas, use fat or low-fat chips.

o use brown rice instead of white rice. Brown rice is much higher in fiber. Another whole grain rice is also rich in fiber. Read the package label for fiber content. Three or more grams of fiber is desirable.

or Try to drink at least eight glasses of water each day.

o Avoid load your baked potato with sour cream and butter. Use only a half portion of each in your potato or use a portion of low-fat fat / sour cream.

o Avoid cream sauces of any kind. They are loaded with fat and calories. Alfredo sauce or cream cheese sauce calories of your food will double.



o Try to eat three to four servings of fruit a day. Fruits substitutes for sweet desserts.

o Avoid fried foods whenever possible. Fried foods in oil twice the amount of fat and substantially increase the caloric content.

or exercise regularly. A walk fast paced three or four times a week is a good aerobic exercise program.

o Take a vitamin supplement when dieting.

If you include chips or low-fat or desserts in your diet, be sure to divide the contents of the bag or packet by the number of servings. Place a slice of each bag sandwich zipper individual.

Example, a bag of seven ounces fat-free chips WOW seven portions. Place a slice on seven separate zip lock bags. Then seal with zip closure shop. When diet calls for a portion of chips, you take the sandwich bag containing only a portion.

This method also works with desserts. This will prevent the opening of a bag of chips and eat the entire bag at a time. It also reduces the temptation to gorge on chips and deserts.
