How I lost weight juice


Now here is my story of how I lost weight by drinking three glasses of freshly produced fruit and vegetable juice every day. Well, I've never been seriously overweight, however, is likely to be started in the thirties when, slowly but surely, I gained more and more books.

I have always worked on a regular basis, but also ate a lot. Not necessarily fast food, but a lot of carbohydrates like pasta and rice for example. Partially sprinkled with a good layer of grated Swiss cheese. I drank beer. Lots of beer! I'm from Germany and beer consumption is part of our tradition (years later I realized what a stupid tradition was for pride, but that's for another article). Therefore, normally, some plates watered foods carbohydrates with a few liters of beer every day. And I continued to go shopping for the next bigger size clothes.

At some point I got so sick of myself, the way I see and even more, the way I felt. I was not healthy. I sweated a lot, my skin was red and had buttons on the face. I knew this was coming from my unhealthy diet, unfortunately, though, it took me more than a decade until he was ready to do something about my situation. A friend of mine who is a hobby marathon runner, recommend books to read, one of which was in raw foods, juices and health. After reading the book, I thought I had nothing to lose and went out to get a juicer. I went through a centrifuge reality until I got in touch with my Jack Lalanne Juicer diet. He was committed to at least two types of fruit products and vegetable juices (fruit juice glass and a second with vegetable juice) every day and instead of lunch and beer. And stayed with the plan.



The first thing I noticed about myself: I had no problems going to the bathroom. Second, I reacquired the back of the energy, while at the same time my chronic fatigue decreased gradually. I avoided going on a scale for two weeks. And when I finally weighed more, my weight had dropped 11 pounds and I do not starve at all. Try it: you will find yourself drinking a glass of vegetable juice and a second with liquefied fruit fills you completely. No need to go hungry and you start to lose weight!
